I’m a 36-year-old Guyanese/Greek creator, born and raised in London and now based in Brighton. A wellness lover and journal enthusiast, I’m always exploring new ways to slow down and enjoy life’s little things. I’m passionate about fitness, travel, and lifestyle — from discovering new cafés to testing beauty, tech, supplements, and even a touch of DIY creativity.

At my core, I love creating content that’s genuine, aesthetic, and engaging — helping brands connect with audiences in ways that truly resonate.
